Fewer board members

Jeroen Hunfeld, 53, will be stepping down from the board of management of Vendex KBB at the end of this year. According to a press release, this decision is connected with the nes management of portfolios following the sale by the company of several subsidiaries last year. In future the board of management will have the following members: Ed Hamming, 55, as chairman, Marcel Smits, 42, as chief financial officer, and Dirk Goeminne, 48.
