The supervisory board of the German cooperative Hagebau is getting new leadership. The long-standing chairman Johannes M. Schuller (65) is retiring and stepping down from his position. This is also the reason behind his resignation from the supervisory board, of which he has been a member since 2011 and chairman since 2016. His term of office would normally have ended in a year's time. Schuller will be succeeded by Robert Grieshofer (52), a member of the supervisory board since 2013 and deputy chairman of the board since 2023. He is the first Austrian to become chairman of the Hagebau supervisory board.
