Upward trend for prefabricated houses in Southeast Europe: For the first time the new built prefabricated houses will exceed the number of 3000 in the year 2005

In 2003 the market for prefabricated houses in the Southeast European countries (Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Slovenia) grew almost 20 per cent in terms of value. That is a plus of 14.5 per cent in terms of quantity. Starting in 2004 the demand will increase by approximately 20 per cent annually, according to the newest study carried out by Inter-Connection Consulting Group, Vienna.
