Ray Colman retires

Ray Colman, CEO of the Irish chain Woodie’s DIY since 1992, has retired at the age of 65. He had worked for a total of 45 years for the Grafton Group, Woodie’s parent company. His successor is Declan Ronayne, previously managing director of Dixons, an electrical retail chain, in Ireland. Ray Colman is also retiring from the board of EDRA, the European DIY Retail Association, on which he had sat for ten years.
