Superstroy and Stroy Arsenal parent company is insolvent

According to a report from the information agency Uralbusinessconsulting, the Russian trading company, OOO Arsenal Trade has been declared insolvent by the area of Sverdlovsk's court of arbitration. Arsenal Trade owns Trest SKM, to which the DIY store chains Superstroy and Stroy Arsenal belong. At the same time it was decided to initiate bankruptcy proceedings.
According to this information, Arsenal finds itself in a state of liquidation and is said to have uncontested liabilities to its lenders of almost RUB 2.5 bn. There is already said to be a party who is interested in Superstroy.
