Kesko sales in building and technical trade are declining

The Finnish Kesko Group closed the year 2018 with sales of EUR 4.2105 bn in its building and technical trade division. This is a decline of 4.8 per cent compared to the year before last. However comparable change is positive and amounts to 2.4 per cent.
In Finland, the sales volume decreased by 9.7 per cent to EUR 2.0252 bn, but increased by 4.2 per cent in comparable terms. Sales abroad were positive by 0.1 per cent (0.9 per cent comparable change). Sales from the K-rauta stores in Russia, which Keskso handed over or closed during the first half of the year, were not taken into account.
