Stark Group achieves record sales

The Stark Group has completed its financial year 2018/2019 (ending 31 August 2019) with record sales. The Danish building materials trading group made sales of DKK 17.2 bn (EUR 2.3 bn) and thus increased its sales by 4.5 per cent. However profit was almost halved and amounted to DKK 426 mio (EUR 57.1 mio). CFO Sisse Fjelsted Rasmussen explained that profit in the previous year had been exceptionally high due to property sales.
