New Leroy Merlin in Bucharest focuses on omnichannel

The French DIY retailer Leroy Merlin has now opened a store in Romania that is wholly geared to omnichannel business. Its new outlet in Bucharest has special areas for managing orders placed online and delivered to customers as well as online product reservations with pick-up from the store. The option offered in other stores of telephone orders with a quick turnaround is available here also.Another novelty is constituted by the new showroom solutions for kitchens and bathrooms, as well as the fact that the new store focuses on inspirational decorative solutions.
This is Leroy Merlin's fourth store in the Romanian capital and its 18th outlet nationally. With a retail area of around 14 000 m², including a 2 700 m² drive-in area, and a team of 115 employees, the store offers customers a range of 30 000 products.
