Dobbies expands with small format stores

The British garden centre chain has established an inner-city small store format under the brand "Little Dobbies". After its launch in November 2020 in Edinburgh and the opening of the second location in Bristol, there is now also a Little Dobbies in the capital of London, the industry service Gardenforum reports.
"The store features gardening essentials for urban residents and showcases some of the extensive ranges available at our larger stores and online at dobbies.com," Graeme Jenkins, CEO at Dobbies, said at the opening in Bristol. With the opening in London, the number of Dobbies branches rises to 72.
