Most German DIY stores also open to the unvaccinated

Home improvement stores in most regions of Germany can admit customers even if they have not been vaccinated or cannot show that they have recovered from the coronavirus. This is the case in 13 of the 16 federal states that class DIY stores as "essential retail". Only North-Rhine Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate and Saxony insist on shoppers providing proof of vaccination or recovery.
