Lechuza and Playmobil no longer delivering to Russia

The German planter brand Lechuza is stopping its deliveries to Russia. It is part of the Horst Brandstätter Group, which also owns the Playmobil toy brand; this toy brand too will no longer deliver to Russia. For the year 2022, the group had budgeted a turnover of around EUR 10 mio for both companies in Russia.
The background is Russia's war against Ukraine. At the same time, the company has announced that the children's foundation established by Horst Brandstätter will provide EUR 150 000 for children in Ukraine.
The Horst Brandstätter Group has no employees in Ukraine or Russia.
