German DIY association wins garden market leader as member

In Germany, the garden centre market leader Dehner has now joined the German DIY association BHB. According to a Dehner press release, the company is thus sending a clear signal for a united industry and is contributing its comprehensive expertise in the specialist garden trade to the association. Franz-Peter Tepaß, president of BHB and head of Obi Germany, agrees with this in his statement. It is important to keep knowledge about the green market "at the absolute top level" in the association. "For this purpose, the exchange with experienced trade players from this sector is very welcome." Dehner's joining the BHB is attracting a lot of attention in the German DIY and garden sector, especially as Dehner has not belonged to any association so far and the BHB has no other garden centre company of this size as a member.
