HomePro grows 9 per cent in second quarter

Thailand home improvement retailer HomePro has reported a 9.01 per cent increase in sales to THB 17.78883 bn (EUR 466.9 mio). The growth was based on higher domestic consumption levels in some regions, the quarterly report said. It also said record temperatures in some parts of the country had boosted sales of air conditioners.

The expansion has reportedly gone according to plan. The company has opened three new Mega Home stores and closed one HomePro store, which will be replaced by a new building.
