Sebastian Hein appointed new director of the International Hardware Fair

Sebastian Hein will be the new director of the International Hardware Fair and Asia-Pacific Sourcing. On 1 November 2023, he will succeed Matthias Becker, who has held this position since 2013.

Sebastian Hein has been closely associated with Koelnmesse for many years. He started his career at Koelnmesse in 2014 in the corporate development department and completed the in-house trainee programme. He then moved to the Sales department and has worked as sales manager for the International Hardware Fair and Asia-Pacific Sourcing. Since July 2023, Sebastian Hein has been IT project manager in the central IT department, where he is largely responsible for managing projects within the digital transformation.
