The Obi Group is acquiring the ten existing Obi stores in Switzerland that Migros previously operated under a franchising system, plus a Migros Obi store still under construction in Agno (TI) and two large Do it + Garden stores in Carouge (GE) and Nyon (VD). Obi will continue to run the stores itself. “The sales negotiations have been successfully concluded,” the two retailers announced.
