Castorama reorganises its management team

Less than a year after the appointment of Pascal Gil as CEO, Castorama has reorganised its top management in France. Willy Tintin has been Director of Operations since September 2024. He began his career in 1981 as a sales consultant in a Castorama store and moved within the Kingfisher Group to sister company Brico Dépôt in 1999; most recently, he was Regional Director of several sales territories.

Latifa Moutai has been Director of Strategy and Project Management since November 2024. She has previously worked for the French supermarket chain Casino since 2007, most recently as Regional Director Île-de-France.

Marie-Laure Cassé also took over as Director of Digital, Marketing and Customers in November. Her career since 2019 has included stints at the bookstore chain Fnac and the interior design chain Maisons du Monde. At Castorama, she succeeds Romain Roulleau, who has moved to the parent company Kingfisher as Head of Digital and E-commerce.

The new Commercial Director of Castorama France is Luis Bueno Nieto. He moved in January from competitor Leroy Merlin in the Adeo Group, where he had worked in Spain and Russia since 2008. Since 2019, he has built up the Naterial sales brand for Adeo, which specialises in outdoor living.

Allistair Baird has headed the Technical and IT Projects Directorate since January 2025. He had been Director Technology at Kingfisher since 2020.

The other management positions have remained unchanged: Anne-Virginie Dissard for Institutional Communications and CSR, Caroline Garcia for Legal, Jean-Rafaël Garcia for Supply Chain and Logistics, Jérôme Saux for Operations Support, Olivia Cuegnet-Denis for Controlling.
