New head of Leroy Merlin in Poland comes from ManoMano

Matthieu Pihery is the new CEO of Leroy Merlin Poland. He has been with the Adeo Group since September 2024 and has familiarised himself with the company, processes and corporate culture at Leroy Merlin in France, according to a press release from Leroy Merlin Poland. He joined Adeo from the DIY online marketplace ManoMano, where he most recently held the position of Senior Vice President Commerce and Sellers. Prior to that, he worked for Amazon for six years, among other things.

Matthieu Pihery will succeed Krzysztof Kordulewski, who will be responsible for the development of the Adeo Group in Central Europe as Central European Business Development Leader. His involvement with Leroy Merlin is a strategic step to advance the company's omnichannel plans, the press release explains.
