Home Depot breaks the 100 billion dollar mark

Home Depot has broken the 100 billion dollar mark with its annual sales. The global market leader closed financial year 2017/2018 on 28 January with sales to the amount of USD 100.904 bn. This is a growth of 6.7 per cent. The like-for-like rise totalled 6.8 per cent, 6.9 per cent in the USA. The company expects a sales growth of 6.5 per cent for 2018. Sales are expected to increase to 115 to 120 billion US dollars by 2020.
Growth rates in the fourth quarter once more lay over the annual average. Sales increased by 7.5 per cent to USD 23.883 bn in this period.
