Spanish shareholder Coarco leaves Hagebau

German cooperative Hagebau and Spanish hardware cooperative Coarco terminated their cooperation as of 31 January 2023. Hagebau headquarters confirmed a corresponding report by Spanish industry service C de Comunicación. Coarco operates in the Canary Islands and joined Hagebau as a shareholder eight years ago at the same time as the Spanish cooperative Coferdroza. Since the cooperation with this partner, which has its headquarters in Zaragoza, remains unchanged, Hagebau continues to be present on the Canary Islands, said Hagebau.
