Sebastian Rosito returns to Koelnmesse as business unit manager

As of 1 January 2024, Sebastian Rosito (43) will take over responsibility for the International Hardware Fair, Asia-Pacific Sourcing, Spoga+Gafa, Spoga Horse and H+H Cologne as senior vice-president at Koelnmesse, as well as the respective outbound events of the business unit portfolio in the context of global portfolio responsibility. He succeeds Markus Oster. The latter had taken over the division on a temporary basis and in addition to his regular role as division manager for his own trade fair portfolio from Catja Caspary, who had moved to the central marketing communications division as head.
Sebastian Rosito is currently business unit manager for corporate & business development at Messe Berlin. He is now returning to Koelnmesse, where he was, among other things, group head of foreign trade fair participation and head of the German pavilion at Expo 2020 in Dubai.
According to Koelnmesse, the foreign portfolio in Rosito's future area in particular is developing dynamically: important trade fairs include the China International Hardware Show (CIHS), the International Hardware Fair Italy and, from December, the new International Hardware Fair India.
