Pascal Gil becomes new CEO of Castorama France

Pascal Gil (53) is the new CEO of Castorama France. He took over the role on 29 April 2024 and succeeds Franck Moreno, who is now head of supply chain and partnerships at the parent company Kingfisher. Pascal Gil remains a member of Kingfisher's group executive management committee. He joined Kingfisher in 2003 from Decathlon as store manager at Castorama. Five years later, he merged Brico Dépôt Iberia and then became head of this sales division. In 2022, Gil became CEO of Castorama Poland and a member of the group executive board.
