Christoph Kilian (51) will leave the Board of Management of Robert Bosch Power Tools GmbH on December 31, 2024 and is leaving the Bosch Group “at his own request to continue his professional career elsewhere”, according to the company. Kilian has been a member of the Divisional Board of Management of Bosch Power Tools since January 1, 2023. In this role, he was responsible for the Global Tools, Outdoor & Garden and Rotary Tools business units. He was also responsible for the fields of user experience (UX) and design, among others. His current functions and responsibilities will be temporarily taken over by Thomas Donato, Chairman of the Divisional Board, and Lennart de Vet, member of the Divisional Board of Bosch Power Tools.

“We regret Christoph Kilian's decision to leave the Bosch Group. Through his work, he has successfully helped shape the consumer goods divisions of BSH and Bosch Power Tools in various functions for almost 25 years,” says Dr. Christian Fischer, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Robert Bosch Power Tools GmbH and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Management of Robert Bosch GmbH.
