In 2013 the BMF, or Builders Merchants Federation, will be present at the British trade fair Totally DIY/Totally Tools for the first time as an exhibitor. “The BMF’s interest in the show is indicative of the crossover that exists between DIY and trade products,” commented Paul Grinsell (pictured) of British fair organisers Brintex. The event will also be supported by other industry associations, including the British Independent Retailers Association (BIRA) and its buying organisation BHF Direct, the British Home Enhancement Trade Association (BHETA) and the Garden Industry Manufacturers Association (GIMA), as well as the Stax, Home Hardware and Mica wholesale groups. The fair is due to be staged at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry from 10 – 12 February 2013. Brintex has promoted Paul Grinsell to the position of show director of Totally DIY/Totally Tools. Prior to this Grinsell had worked for the fair as sales director since 1997. Download:
