Arkema Group acquires Permoseal

Arkema Group, a company in the speciality chemicals sector which includes the adhesive specialist Bostik, has acquired the South African supplier Permoseal. Permoseal develops adhesives for DIY and professional customers, for example for wood, walls and floorings, sealants and repair adhesives. “The Permoseal portfolio – including but not limited to the Alcolin flagship brand – perfectly complements our existing offer in the region and will strengthen our position in the dynamic markets of South Africa and sub-Saharan Africa,” says Vincent Legros, managing director of Bostik in France, on the Linkedin business platform.
