Germany now represented on the board of the International Garden Centre Association

Martina Mensing-Meckelburg, president of the association of German garden centres (VDG – Verband Deutscher Garten-Center), is now also a member of the seven-member board of the International Garden Centre Association (IGCA). She was elected at the annual conference. The vote is a confirmation of her years of international work as a representative for Germany, says a statement from the association.

"It is a special honour for me to be able to represent Germany on the IGCA board," says Martina Mensing-Meckelburg, who is looking forward to her future tasks. In future, she says she will contribute one of her basic principles, regular exchange and thus learning from each other, more strongly at international level. The International Garden Centre Association represents owner-managed garden centres from 19 member countries.
